The first thing you notice when you pull into the parking lot here is that the shopping carts are EVERYWHERE. Not in the cart corral. They are scattered about, even in adjacent parking lots including across the street at Meijer! Also, the nearby neighborhood of Muskegon Hts has shopping carts abandoned. I don't know if this is because of customer ignorance, laziness or spite. I entered the store, the produce dept was unkempt. There was no one at the deli counter and they were sold out of fresh baked bread at 2pm. I walked out.
