I walked in about 15 minutes before closing and wasn't sure if I would be able to be seen. From the moment I checked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive.
The staff made me feel cared for every step of the way—from check-in, to being escorted back to the exam room, to my visit with PA Ryan. I was especially impressed when another PA stopped in just to make sure I was being taken care of and had everything I needed.
The team was thorough, compassionate, and never made me feel rushed, despite it being so close to closing time. Thank you tothe entire Trinity team for the excellent care and outstanding service. It was truly appreciated!

I made my appointment online on the way to the clinic and was seen very quickly. Natalie PA was compassionate, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She listened carefully to my concerns and made me feel heard and respected throughout the visit. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach and excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend her as a provider.
