They must be going through a staffing shortage. They had a hard time not complaining about it but my stylist stayed positive. Was able to work with my light hair. I trust the experience at sports clips over many other budget options.

I thought I would be brave and go for a pixie cut. I've always wanted to do it. I went to a different salon a month and a half ago, they cut it the first time. At the end of the haircut the lady took the thinning shears in one spot in the middle back of my head. Normally the stylist will give you a mirror at the end so you can see the back, but that never happened, now I know why. I finally couldn't stand the way my hair felt anymore, so bare in that spot, and went to Sports Clips. I thought since they specialize in short cuts maybe they would be able to do something other than just get the clippers. I'm not sure who I had fix it yesterday from your salon. Darlene did an excellent job cutting my son’s hair. She was patient, great with kids, and took the time to listen to what we wanted. The cut was neat, professional, and finished right on schedule. The salon was clean and welcoming, and my son left happy and confident. Highly recommend Darlene — we’ll definitely be back!
