I walked into Ulta and asked if someone was available for a color. Fortunately Danielle had an opening. This was my first time seeing her and I could not be happier. Her suggestions were on point and I absolutely love the color.I recently had back surgery and she was very accommodating to my inability to sit for long periods of time.The conversation was comfortable and not at all forced or awkward. She is great at what she does and I will definitely come back to see her.I highly recommend making an apt with her!

Danielle was all around AMAZING! She took the time to make sure my daughter’s ear piercing was perfect! She talked her through the whole experience, making sure she was comfortable and relaxed! I highly recommend her!

MJ at the Norton Shores location is the absolute most lovely customer service woman!Every time I go there, she is kind, gentle, helpful and fun. Her sales skills are so natural and pure, she is never pushing a product on you, but simply educating you and makes shopping there feel like you’re with your best girlfriend!I’ve had her help me with multiple makeup products and perfume and she never fails!Thank you to MJ and the quality service she provides!
