The team at ServPro, especially Nik and Johnny, the techs that came to my house, were outstanding! I needed service as soon as possible and they were to my home right away. They inspected the area I needed serviced and walked me through what needed to happen to get everything cleaned and sanitized. They worked quickly and thoroughly, leaving me with a clean basement and piece of mind.

Big shout out to Colten! There was flooding in one of the rooms at my father's house. Colten and Tony came out to do the estimate and start the job. There was some confusion about the estimate and the cap. Colten made the appropriate phone calls and sat down and explained everything as he went through the paperwork with me. Communication is key and Colten was all over it! Both Colten and Tony were very professional, kind and respectful.

What a mess we came home to when away on vacation. Lovely Michigan cold than warm, than cold... Well because of that we had a major roof leak, that seeped down into all 5 floors of our home.
Anthony and Hunter came in and took over the entire project. Which 5 levels is NO easy task but on top of that I run a group home, so they had to deal with 100 questions from 14 daycare kiddos each day. They all took it in stride and even talked with them at times.
We also have 4 dogs and they did amazing with them too.
They really treated us like family. So much respect and very up front with everything. Never did anything without talking to us first. AMAZING Communication.
When you call this company ask for Anothony & Hunter. Great crew!
