They are friendly doctors and nurses here that show they care about you. They got me on the right track for a kidney stone removal. They were able to retrieve both stones. One being 7.5mm on the right still passable but the source of all my pain. They also retrieved the 9.0 mm sitting right on my left kidney. Which they say 8.0 is not passable so I was due for surgery and more then willing to just do it. There is one receptionist who is kind of rude to you if you try to hand her back the clip board. kind of treats you like your stupid I complained to the manager. Fastest time anywhere sitting in the waiting room I've ever been. All great experiences with the office visiting 4 times now. Phone calls and updates have always been promptly returned. Dr. Phelps is very thorough, thoughtful, compassionate, and empathetic. I feel very comfortable and confident with having her as my doctor there. Always be kind and you will receive it in return from everyone working there. And that should start as soon as you walk in the door.
