The guy came to my house, damaged the wood frame on my new door, then told me it couldn't be picked open after trying for 5 minutes. He said the only other way to get it open was to drill out the handle. This ruined my brand new handle. I was charged $310.00 for this destruction. I talked to another local locksmith and they just shook their head at what this guy did. I will never call this place again and I will make sure to warn anyone not to use this company.
