Quality work and for a reasonable price. The guys at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and they were honest about my car and had it done within the day. For sure my goto place from now on.
Thank you to the crew at Dexters for working to help me understand some ongoing issues in my 2017 Trax. Bob was clear and concise about what they thought could be the issue before even seeing the vehicle; however after inspection Bob outlined that they were NOT seeing some of the tell tale signs they were looking for and that was nice to hear considering they could have just gone ahead with the bigger fix (although potentially not needed) and I would have never known…instead they recommended a smaller fix before going any further. I’m basically saying if you are looking for a business that invests in repeat business through honesty and trust look no further.
Dexter's has serviced our vehicles over the last three years. They consistently offer a level of service and trustworthiness that has made me a loyal customer. Recently on a Wed. my vehicle wouldn't start and I needed it towed. I contacted Dexter's and they said to just drop it off and they will fit it in. They determined it needed a fuel pump by Thursday. When they went to install it on Fridya morning it was discovered that a relay kit was also needed to get power to the pump. The problem was they already had their daily part delivery and the closest relay kit was at a dealer 45-60 minutes away (it is noon by the time).
