Great Service and the Job was done right. I have a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 that I had owned as a second owner and at 149K the Transmission started slipping. I knew it had to get fixed as it is my daily driver and our family recreational vehicle. My husband Jason and I wanted it done right. After shopping around and talking my husband's buddy Brad suggested JonnyMac's. I hadnt heard the name in at least 12 years, the good ole Fruitport and Ravenna guys used to rave about the place. My car has been in here at least 4-5x in 6 mons. It's a good idea to be thorough when explaining your vehicle issues. This place gets a lot of business and there is usually a wait to get your vehicle in. They charge a premium amount for their labor so you expect to get your vehicle fixed and not just your parts changed. So if you get a vehicle such as mine which seems to be a problem child it's a good idea to explain to the owner "politely" that you're beginning to feel not so pleased with the quality of their work. It's an older vehicle and the initial first time there back in June/July was to give me a rundown on repairs so I would know if I would sell this vehicle...read full review
