Every time I have come here I was able to get in fairly quick with no problem.
I have gotten my feet done only once here (April 12, 2024) with shellac polish. 3 hours later the nail polish had chipped on my big toe.
Then I remembered years earlier I stopped coming here because (although the lady who did my nails was pleasant in conversation), I had to come back to get one of my nails repaired because the polish had chipped.
I just went here for the first time trying to find a new place after going to the same place for two years and my nails look beautiful. I called at 12 to make an appointment they didn’t ask for my name or anything which was a little weird, I showed up on time and had to wait 30 minutes still but the wait was worth it. I got good service and I showed her an idea of what I wanted and she did even better than the picture I showed her at least to me these nails are beautiful. I love the clean shape and it wasn’t a full set either I went in to get a fill. They are friendly enough but the customer service is poor. When you make a appointment they don't take your name, and appointments really makes no difference cause you're still kept waiting. The place is not clean and I don't think they sanitize the tools after each client. I went 3 times 2 of 3 were bad experiences. I won't be going back .
