They are friendly enough but the customer service is poor. When you make a appointment they don't take your name, and appointments really makes no difference cause you're still kept waiting. The place is not clean and I don't think they sanitize the tools after each client. I went 3 times 2 of 3 were bad experiences. I won't be going back .

I came in with nails on from another place.They were very thick, old, and yellow?My Nail Stylist suggested making nails from my natural nails vs putting on tips again.I just LOVE them❤️They are so pretty and so much more natural?I Will Most Definently Be Going Back?Services: Manicures

I've been a client of Tina since 2007. Today I'm officially done. She does not value your time. Making appointments sometimes is pointless when you still have a long wait. Never apologizes for your inconvenience at all.If you are unhappy with the service somehow it's your fault. Tina has a very smart mouth. And they never open on time which puts them behind with appointments. I've spent entirely too much money in their business to not feel valued or appreciated.
