What a wonderful time I just had at By Nature! Tara gave me my very first massage and was extremely helpful in telling me what to expect and do before, during, and after the massage. A delightful experience right in downtown Muskegon. I will be back!

I found this business after intentionally searching for a small, local place to support. I’ve had facials in other cities before, so I knew it might take a few tries to find the right fit. Somehow, I landed in the right place on the very first visit.

The facials themselves are incredible, but what really sets this business apart is the education. Every product and treatment is explained so you understand why it’s being used and how it supports your skin. Since starting here, I’ve also been guided toward products and organic makeup that actually work for my face. The experience feels thoughtful, honest, and genuinely personalized.

Wonderful, knowledgeable, caring staff. Kim sets a high standard not only for the quality of her services, but the products that she carries and also creates, and the people she invests in to work within her business. I recommend all services and products! Kim is always able to address alternatives if you need them. each customer is treated with kindness and respect. This is the perfect place to plan all your self care! You can even schedule for the whole year and take the guesswork out of remembering to do it!

Kim is awesome! She has a very personal approach to the service she provides and is a wealth of knowledge pertaining to skincare… I always look forward to seeing her!

She really took the time to listen to my requests and preferences, and the massage itself was incredible, deeply therapeutic, relaxing, and she somehow knew exactly where to focus. The space is clean, welcoming, and peaceful, and the cost is very reasonable for the quality of care. I’ll definitely be returning!

Kim gives the best facials using organic products. She is very knowledgeable about aging skin. She is kind, professional and easy to talk to.
