I wasn't sure what I really wanted or more so needed when I went in, but she made me feel comfortable and helped me to understand what's going on with my hair and what would look best. Also she's very experienced and really knows what she's doing! She's definitely the best hair stylist I've ever seen. On top of that she is really cool to talk to and inspiring. I was really unhappy with my hair before seeing her and now I feel more confident and happy ? After my trip to The Perch I stopped by a store and got a lovely hair compliment already. She's great! “I went to a chain haircut place down the road from Sport Clips and got butchered! I've never had a bad haircut in my life, or one that I would complain about, until today. After leaving that place, I searched the maps and low and behold, found out that there was a Sport Clips in the same town! I have been going to Sport Clips in Colorado Springs for years and was pleased to see they have them here in Michigan as well. Long story short, Abi at the Mt Pleasant location worked wonders to fix the unfixable. Not only was she completely professional, but she was a hoot to talk to. Big props to the Mt Pleasant location for not only knowing how to cut hair, but for being awesome as well!“

“Erica was/is incredible, simply lovely lady!! We adore her!! My son & I came in the shop today, both for trims. My son had a nightmare of an experience last fall (somewhere else) - the guy gave him a bowl cut,, chopped his hair in ways we did not ask or would ever expect. Son left there & stayed mortified for quite some time- esp being in the 2nd week of his freshman year, He was hesitant for many months about going anywhere again, was nervous today - but he couldn’t be happier with his hair cut & with Erica, her professionalism, kindness, personality, she listened to him, asked him questions about his hair throughout the cut, made sure he was good in all areas of the cut and just made him feel so much better about his hair. She just really understands hair & what the client is trying to achieve. She executed his beyond our original expectations going in today. Both his and my cut. He stated he ONLY wants her to touch his hair from here on out:) She also did an amazing job on my hair, completely understood my hair, my wants, made sure of, etc. we love her and will indeed be back!! She is a keeper, and an asset to this company - Cost Cutters should be proud to have her on board!!!“
