“We had a patio door installed in our mobile home 18 yrs ago , We never had PHI back out because the job they did was exceptional . With that said our lock mechanism broke it is a keyed entry and we use it as our “ main entry” We called hoping they would have a lock or maybe give us some guidelines in replacing that was last week 4/8/26 today 4/13/26 the gentleman came out looked at mechanism went to truck came back took it apart and replaced the lock its good as new !! Im very happy with the way they handled this beyond what we ever expected after this many years and our bill was have a good day.
