“Ed, Brandon, Zain and Joe came out and replaced six sashes with glass and grills. They also rebuilt the corresponding bottom of the casement frames. The windows and surrounding woodwork were pre-painted at their shop using customer supplied paint. The finished job looks outstanding. This team is welcome back anytime. They are professional and easy to work with. Their craftsmanship is evident in all the work.I highly recommend this team and the company.I noticed a few concerns after doing a walk around and added some pictures to exemplify the concerns. First, three sashes or grills are installed upside down. The horizontal rails on the grills show the seam. The other three sashes have the grills correct, that is, the seam is on the underside. The second concern is the sill (not sure of the nomenclature) that sticks out. The original sill was more flush with the actual sash. And finally, the window that opens appears to be short and has a large gap at the bottom where snow build up or rain can enter under the window and cause the sill to rot.I wish I had caught these concerns before the installer left, it would've been easier to resolve.Services: General window replacement“
