Just a heads up to anyone reading reviews of John's Lumber...the place is now Builder's First Source with all the same great people and services. Please note that the hours are not correct on Google and management has repeatedly tried to have it changed.M-F 7-5, Sat-8-12, closed Sundays

Brian allard I not sure how to spell his name was awesome I was in and out in no time with everything I needed and I would recommend John's lumber to any of my friends and family. Thank you for your help sir. Even answered photos and text of my situation very knowledgeable.

My favorite lumberyard and only place I give my business to.Brendan is the best sales person you could ask for. He has contacted me in the evening after lumber deliveries to see how they went and if I was satisfied and has always gone out of his way for us. Since 1947, John’s Lumber has been a staple on Gratiot Ave. in Clinton Township. Founded by Roy Aggeler, John’s Lumber grew from humble beginnings selling product out of Roy and Virginia’s home. Shortly after, the building where John’s Lumber still stands was built in the Aggeler’s backyard, and was expanded over the years to begin selling lumber, trim, windows, doors, decking, hardware, and much more. More than 70 years later, John’s Lumber is still family owned and operated, and still strives to provide each customer with the highest quality products and services in the industry.
