Dr. Megan Larson is one of the most pleasant and efficient eye doctors I’ve ever seen! I’ve worn contact lenses since my mid-twenties and avoided glasses because of my strong prescription. After years of waiting for technology to catch up with my needs, Dr. Larson provided the perfect solution and exact prescription to fit my lifestyle. Yesterday I spoke on the phone with Shirley who attempted to give me assistance, tried and tried & since she couldn’t solve my issue she explained how she wish she could help and there was more she could do. I missed a call from Shirley about an hour later, called her back and she informed me that she dug deep and was able to complete my needed task. I just wanted to come on here and say how nice it was for her to go above and beyond, her sympathy, and kindness especially because I was very stressed about this task not knowing what to do….she alleviated the stress. Much thanks for Shirley and all she does!! 😊
