Wow what a great service Secure Door provided! I called Chamberlain late in the evening where I bought my opener and was given their number. Bill so patiently face timed me and tried to assist. When that didn’t work ( because I was giving him the wrong info) he came to my house the next day! He worked around my schedule and promptly fixed the issue! I can’t express how nice it was to work with someone who genuinely just wanted to help and money wasn’t the motivation. Highly recommend this company and will use them in the future! Thanks Bill ?

I want to say, Thank you! One of the partners Bill, came by my house to help get my door closed on a Holiday. While trying to open my garage door the spring broke on a Saturday night and Bill personally came by to make sure my door was closed. This was not only for my family's safety, but it was to help prevent someone from getting in my garage or my house through the open garage door. These guys are the best. The customer service is exceptional. They game same day after two hours of calling them, manually closed my overhang door and they even changed one of my locks to make sure the door is securely closed. And guess what? They did not charge me ANYTHING for all of this because they are going back another day to completely fix it. Great Job guys and I wish more Michigan businesses can learn from your custom service.
