When I arrived for my appointment today Jalise was dealing with a very difficult customer and I was impressed with how professionally and well she handled the customer. She continued to try to reconcile with the customer even as she was being yelled at. She is a much better person than me, I would have told her to get lost real fast 😅 Jalise has cut my hair for many years and I have never walked away unhappy and she did not deserve to be treated the way that she was today. Five stars for service and professionalism!!
Had a great experience and great cut. We had witnessed a customer cause a scene and the employee handled it very kindly despite what the customer told the manager over the phone. Jalise, thank you for the haircut and a fantastic experience despite the extremely rude customer.
I am so thankful to the Stylist for staying a bit after closing time to cut my daughter's hair. What the Stylist didn't know about my special-needs, adult daughter was the emotional stress she's been experiencing the past few months. The hair cut helped lift Sara's spirits after the times of tears she has been through.
