Dr. Fred is a very knowledgeable chiropractor and the Tri-Cities are blessed to have him. He has helped me so much with my pain management with several techniques. This man is a miracle worker! He's kind, patient and always answers my questions. I never feel rushed or not heard like some Drs commonly do. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. If you've never been, you'll be surprised how much better chiropractic work can make you feel. I wish I would have went to him much sooner, I wouldn't be in the mess I'm in now if I had. Dr. Fred has helped me to get more relaxed, have more mobility, and get relief from chronic pain. He is also very honest with me about what he can or cannot do, in that I have some extensive damage that cannot be fixed. Thepain relief and increased mobility is well worth it in my view.
We had a great experience with the kids karate program. Classes are well organized and we saw steady progress with our son's skills and behavior, he genuinely looks forward to every class.
