Excellent experience from start to finish. The plumber was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled the job with great care. Jay came this morning to do a backflow test, he was very kind, and personable. He went out of his way to make tags and label them for which turn off and on was the main water, and the sprinkler etc. I’m on disability and kids home sick, and it’s a mess, trim down as we did flooring and putting new trim in.
Floor in bathroom tore up to do tile, door handle off and taped because it’s being replaced. Young boys are messy and break a lot of stuff haha! Love those kids, and he came in and didn’t make a fuss about the mess , and was kind to myself.
