“I hired Critter Control because the initial inspector was respectful and even put booties on over his shoes when he went up to look at my attic. He told me that the attic would need a complete "restoration" due to excess bat dung and a serious lack of insulation, and my jaw dropped when he gave me the price, which was in the thousands. I would have to obtain a loan for this undertaking. When the day came for my attic restoration, I was surprised that the person who had inspected the attic did not come to do the work. Instead, it was two young guys who had no idea who the first guy was. I let them get to work, and they barely said a word to me for about four hours. In fact, they even left without telling me they were going to leave, so I wasn't certain that the job was finished. I called the company to ask whether or not they had to come back, and apparently, the job was done. I went up to take a look and saw white, blown-in insulation completely covering the attic floor. Despite the lack of communication, I am satisfied that the job was done sufficiently and competently.“
