“Found I had a rat living under my fridge when it destroyed the water supply line. Another company told me they "don't do rats" and to buy a couple snap traps, which I did. Then I called Best, and made an appointment. I trapped and killed the rat 2 days before Trever came out to assess the situation but I was afraid there were more. After inspecting the house, he didn't think full bore treatment was needed. He charged a modest inspection/consultation fee and suggested setting a few more traps. If we see any new activity we will call back and he will come out and begin treatment. He said they will deduct the consult fee from the treatment fee.I'm very pleased. I have peace of mind. And I trust that if I do need help again, Best will be the company that will take care of things for me. I highly recommend their services. I can't remember who the other company was, but how can a pest control business say they "don't do rats"? Maybe it was above their capabilities. I'm so glad I called Best.“
