Update 10/1/2023: upgraded to 4* from 2*. Originally unable to get called back when I was called I was informed he was out for medical reasons. Once they contacted me they set up service very soon and fixed the problem I had. Due to the age of my system there were some issues they couldn't fix without an expensive solution. They did fix my existing issue.I've been trying to get service for over three weeks. They do not answer phone calls, text messages, or voicemails. I've received one call to make an appointment while I was in the middle of a task at work. I've tried calling to reconfirm the time as I didn't get to write it down. I think the... read full review
Great experience with Jamie and the Midland Sprinkler team. Very responsive and did great work. Put in extra hours on Friday and Saturday just to accommodate my landscaper who was coming first thing Monday morning. I will certainly continue to use them.
Been using these guys for years, never been disappointed. Honestly the thing I appreciate most is that if they come and it doesn’t need to be mowed, they don’t do it, they aren’t in it to just get paid and waste my money.
