My Grace had a lump, they got her in and she did have to have it removed, which they did right away. They were awesome with Grace, recommended to anyone with a pet.

Worst practice ever. Misdiagnosed my dog and put him through hell. Worst vets I've ever had and so callous

They charged an extra $10 to refill a prescription the same day. USED to be long time customer. Dropped prescription off at 9:00 am and Said they could have all day to refill it. I stopped back at 10:30in case they had a chance to refill (they were absolutely dead) they did not and that was ok. The OTHER LADY said "I can do that" and literally took another bottle off the shelf and charged $10 for 15 seconds???nope! I'm old school and I don't play those games. Larry Timm

Money Hungry. I just received a call stating I owed $171 and some change for my Cat Kevin. Kevin went in for surgery in late October 2022. After surgery she was limping due to an infection. I returned with Kevin and she was given an antibiotic. I was charged for the antibiotic AND an office visit. I returned to the office again because Kevin was still limping and the left foot was still infected. I received additional treatment for Kevin and apparently was charge for the injection (antibiotic) and the office visit. Apparently, the way to make money is to not have a follow-up visit after a surgery and if there are any complications you have the fine honors of returning and continuing to pay until the DR. solves the problem created by the surgery. In other words: if at first the Dr. doesn't succeed they will try and try again while charging you. Ridiculous. I have never been to a vet who doesn't provide aftercare for surgery and continues to charge you for the same care. The first round of antibiotic didn't work....but you pay. So a stronger antibiotic (for the same infection) is given and you pay! Because of the infection and issues with care Kevin has a permanent limp with her left paw. Always all about money. Finding a new vet...recommend you do too.

RIP old man shout out to Eastman Animal Hospital for helping Charles say goodbye to his boy when no one else would! They were great! They brought a bed and blanket in for him, fed him chocolate....which he loved by the way, sedated him so he wouldn't know what was going on, and then euthanasia. We called everywhere in the area and no one would help us until 1-2 months out. When you make the decision to do something this hard it's because it needs to be done right away! Again thank you so much!

I am very upset with this practice! I have been bring my dog in since February or March. My dog has been throwing up drinking lots of water and not eating for days then would eat and throw up again. They did tests. The last one they said the tests were perfect and to give her Pepcid that she probably has too much acid in her stomach. We went to our old town where we lived. Took her to my old vet who is a holistic. She had me send her the lab tests and took a urine test. She said the tests were not perfect like they said. There were 2 that was high. With her symptoms she said she thought it was pancreatitis. So she did a test and yes it was positive!!! My little girl had been so sick all those months. I will never go there again. Also each time I went I never actually seen the doctor it was an assistant! My holistic vet sent me home with tinctures to give her, within a few days she was getting back to her old self! She is running and playing ..

My dog was sick for about 1.5 months. After 7 visits and lots of promises to research to figure out what was wrong there was not a diagnosis. I understand there isn't always an answer. On Jun 6 my dog got so bad that I called to see if the vet on duty could look at her records to see if there was anything else they could do. I was told they could look late afternoon. As I was on the phone she was getting worse and crying non stop, which the recepionist could hear. I decided it was time and asked if I could get her in ASAP to put her down. The best they could do was 430p and it was only 10a. I said she is suffering please can't you make an exception and I was told no. I wrote a letter to the owner of Eastman Animal hospital explaining how upsetting it was to be turned away when I needed them the most. Never did anyone respond or even ackowledge that my dog died. I am disgusted by this behavoir and I think they are just too busy to have any compasion. I will never ever step foot in that office again.

Disgusting! An 18 year old , Urine soaked obviously dying cat comes in per a rescue paying the Bill. You can't verify it so you have them come back and pick her up? Are you out of your mind? I would caution anyone using this practice. Definitely not a good representation of a veterinarian clinic who is compassionate. You could have posted on Facebook for someone to pay... instead, you handed the box with the cat soaking in urine to a family who took her back home. Hospital? No I think this should not be called a hospital. Lack of Animal care... definitely.

They killed my cat. Told them she could not have anesthesia... they did a procedure that required it and she died that night. Tried to talk to the vet 3 times but she literally hid in one of the rooms.. They refunded my money but never apologized. I guess they thought it was enough to give me back her ashes. She was only 5.
