I’ll start by saying that I am relatively technologically illiterate. I had a seemingly simple error and was being bounced between the computers customer support and windows customer support. After a full game of tennis between the two I brought it to the store. They were able to uncover that it was more than a simple problem and worked on it for a week and a half. They kept me informed the entire way and were able to dumb it down to my level so that I could understand what was going wrong. I've had 2 custom computers built through Computers To Go dating back 8-10 years ago.My old gaming rig went kaput(after 6 years) a few months back and now, for the last couple of weeks, Erich from the Midland store hooked me up with a VERY wicked custom ordered Lian Li gaming rig.He has been very informative and really good guy to talk to about everything going on with my order!12/10Would and will go through Computers To again if I need anything done to/with my rig!

I 120% recommend them. They are super quick and transparent. The prices are great and they have great service. I broke my iPad Pro screen and was getting quotes over $500 and they were Able to do it for $100 less than everyone else and it took less than a week
