My service was for in home help with setting up a new desktop computer. SAMSA was great, from those who take your call to the technician! All my concerns and questions were addressed, service fees were clear, and my tech was supportive and punctual. It literally took him no time at all and my computer needs were all back up and running. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone who is in need of fixing, or upgrading their personal computer issues.

WOW! I am fully impressed with this team. I took 2 laptops in, fully expecting it to take a week or more to repair and needing to remortgage my house to pay for it. Turned out they had them done the next day and found they were able to repair with no replacement parts and minimal cost. They could have easily told me it was going to cost 2x or 3x as much and take a week or two and I still would have been pretty happy. Very impressive team doing good work!
