Great customer service! The technician, Jared, was exceptionally polite and answered all my questions about my furnace. He had a diagnosis quickly and pointed out some additional things about my furnace to watch for. I really appreciate how quickly I was able to have someone service my furnace - great job Brubakers! Highly recommend.
Exceptional service from Eric, today. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided thorough explanations for current work as well as some of my questions regarding future needs. Eric went above and beyond to explain some simple maintenance steps we can take to keep our home running healthily. We will definitely be working with Brubaker again.
If I could give 1,000 stars I would. From start to finish, the staff and service we received from Brubaker’s was beyond exceptional! The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, explained everything, answered all our questions, were polite and respectful during the entire process and were very conscious of making sure to clean up well after our installation. Any business we need in the future, we will be calling Brubaker’s.
