I had a wonderful experience with Haylee at Encore! She did my blowout, and midway through the service I mentioned that my hair looked a bit frizzy. As soon as I brought it up, she immediately took the time to make adjustments, carefully straightening and curling sections until everything looked smooth and polished.
I really appreciated how attentive she was and how committed she was to making sure I left happy with the result. The final look was absolutely perfect.
Love Riverside Cat Hospital! They are so nice and have been amazing in helping us take care of our two elderly cats with health problems. Dr. Lewis is very thorough in investigating issues and always takes the time to explain treatment options and medication very well. They really know cats and all of their idiosyncracies so my cats have been really calm during their visits. Highly recommend Dr. Lewis and her wonderful staff. Our cat Hank had dental issues so bad one day couldn’t close his mouth and was drooling non-stop. After taking him to the emergency vet, they told us we needed extractions and they couldn’t do it. Every place I called said they couldn’t get him in for a month (mind you, he couldn’t eat and was in agony). When I called Bennett Road, their response was, “How soon can you get him in?”
They cared for our cat so well and were able to give him a surgery safely the next day. Their price was half of what we were quoted by other places, and their pricing was transparent and detailed and reasonable. He has been recovering well and has just started to independently eat and be himself again. I couldn’t have been happier with how everything worked out and couldn’t recommend them more. Truly a team that cares deeply about every animal that comes through there.

I have been going here to see Linh for a couple of years. She does a great job and is so sweet! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that they engage in fun chit chat with their customers. Many nail salons dont do much of that.
