I had a wonderful experience with Haylee at Encore! She did my blowout, and midway through the service I mentioned that my hair looked a bit frizzy. As soon as I brought it up, she immediately took the time to make adjustments, carefully straightening and curling sections until everything looked smooth and polished.
I really appreciated how attentive she was and how committed she was to making sure I left happy with the result. The final look was absolutely perfect.

I rarely color my hair because I’m lazy & cheap, but I’ve been here twice. Once with Hayley & most recently with Kori. Both are bomb. Kori in particular had her work cut out for her with my extremely grown out highlights & the added pressure of my wedding happening 3 days after. She did an amazing job & was super hilarious and fun.
