This was my first time practicing yoga in over a year. I was enticed by their $20 special for 2 weeks of classes for new members. And I will definitely be returning. I took the Warming Up to Yoga class with Brittany and it was a great experience. I had a great workout, worked up quite a sweat. But Brittany also supplemented that with plenty of breathing and mindfulness exercises. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back for another class.

I love practicing at Yoga State because it has so much to offer! Not just yoga, but also spinning and shopping if I happened to accidentally forget a headband (or a tank top haha). The one in Okemos is great, lots of space and everyone has always been super encouraging and helps you relax. The classes I've taken have been really thoughtful and creative. It's always clean, and a beautiful space so it's easy to relax and let go. It's a great place to practice!
