Very disappointed. I bought a lot of items at auction and had them shipped to me. The packaging was extremely subpar. About 1/2 of the glass items that I bought arrived broken. The only recourse I have is to file insurance claims with the shipper on my own, which takes time and costs money. Very disappointed.

Shelly is not organized and takes no responsibility for her shortfalls. She failed to price things, failed to put stickers on things she listed to sell causing me to lose money. Bid on things for herself that were LARGE items then never took them. Here I am trying to clean out my fathers home and she leaves her crap for me to deal with. Watch out...shes shady.
