The patient is not listened to. Shere said I had to see Kozisek. Elderly should be seeing a specialist, not an inept optometrist. Kozisek committed fraud. The wrong agency was billed. He told me I needed new glasses. That was not at all correct. Worst of all, he didn't do a glaucoma screening. I do have glaucoma. Total lack of ethics, assembly line medicine and the only concern is money.

We were referred by our pediatrician to go here. We have some concerns about a possible BVD diagnosis and we’re interested in finding a specialist to assist. I called and got through right away, however, they said that the doctor said unless we were interested in eye surgery that they couldn’t help us and they referred us to go to a regular eye doctor. So in research researching this, it’s not something that a regular eye doctor can help with. Was less than pleased with that response, as it seems like they didn’t take a lot of time to really try and help or understand what we were asking.
