Cody, Max, and Kalen were great to work with. They all kept both myself and my wife up to date on how the work was progressing. They would check with us to see if we had any questions about what was being done, and would check with us if there was a concern about placing any equipment that had to be installed. When they finished the installation, Cody walked through on how to use the system as well as how to maintain as well. Jeremiah was knowledgeable and very helpful in resolving the mini split issues. He took the time necessary to do a great job. Although the service was under warranty, he explained the available service addition’s including the mold/mildew light and the extra premium service.
Like me, he is soft spoken, although I don’t see that as a problem!
Cameron has to be one of your best technicians. He’s knowledgeable , polite and says exactly what he needs to to explain the problem and come up with solutions. You should be proud to have him as an employee.
Your answering service however is awful. None of my messages reached you until my husband called Swick directly. Very frustrating .
