We had an excellent experience with Duquaine Heating and would absolutely use them again.
We started hearing a strange squeak coming from our heating system and had both Swick and Duquaine come out to take a look. One company told us we needed an entirely new unit, but Duquaine took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that it was actually a simple repair.
Their honesty ended up saving us literally thousands of dollars and likely added years to the life of our existing system.
The best part is that this wasn't just a temporary fix. It's been over a year since the repair, and our heating system is still running perfectly with no additional issues whatsoever.

Matt and his team were great to work with. They were communicative and respectful during the entire process. All questions were answered and documents were promptly provided. They even went above and beyond to help me remove an old water heater out of my crawl space that was left behind. I would recommend them and I plan to use them in the future!
