Prime Specialty Contracting did a spectacular job on my commercial building project. Cory, Roy, Alex, and Kevin were exceptional from start to finish. They installed a new spiral ductwork system in my garage space, added a 125,000 BTU Reznor heater to provide redundant heating, and set up four Ecobee thermostats so I can control my shop remotely. The entire project was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. Cory, the owner, was extremely professional and helped refine the scope of work while clearly laying out scheduling expectations. Roy completed the gas line run and installed the Reznor heater. Alex handled all the ductwork for both the heater and the new heating branch off the existing HVAC system. Kevin installed and configured all four Ecobee thermostats perfectly. I’m absolutely blown away by the quality of work and how well this company treats its customers. We will absolutely be using Prime for future projects moving forward. Highly recommended.

Prime rocks! My husband and I feel very lucky to have connected with Cory when we finally decided to update our four bathrooms. He and his staff are great listeners and really good problem solvers. Matt took charge of the work, replacing pretty much all of our ancient bathroom plumbing from the basement up to the second floor. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and so pleasant to have around that I was (almost) sad when the work was done. I can't say enough about Cory's and Matt's can-do attitudes, and their responsiveness to our changing plans. Every Prime employee we encountered was professional, honest, and hardworking. We love our "new" bathrooms and feel like we got a real bargain with Prime!
