“Just finished a yoga level 1 Saturday morning class with Diana. It was a great class. It had a very good, up to date flow you could find anywhere in a large metropolitan area; her instructions were clear continuously offering alternatives to poses, so everybody could participate to their abilities. I felt challenged enough to break a sweat which felt good. Liked her continuous in- and exhale announcements which helps to get into a calmer, quieter state of focus and moving meditation. Left very satisfied, rejuvenated and ready for the rest of the weekend. Come and try a level 1 yoga class for yourself. Props and mats are there if you need them. You won't regret it!“
