Got ahead of myself in a two tracks (sand pit in the road), Van's was fast, responsive, and knew where to go being slightly off the beaten path. Billing was affordable and fair, and service was stellar. Can't recommend enough if you are in the Manistee area.

On Saturday night, 7/12/25, my husband and I hit a pan, yes a pan, in the middle of the northbound lane on US-31 near the airport. We couldn’t avoid it due to oncoming southbound vehicles. We pulled in the parking lot and immediately smelled gas. There was gas pouring out from under our vehicle. We live 3 hours from Manistee so we called 9-1-1 and they sent Cliff from Van’s Towing as well as a deputy from Manistee County Sheriff’s Department. Cliff then towed our vehicle to Linke’s for repair. However, on Monday when we called Linke’s, we found out they don’t replace gas tanks on vehicles as well as two other repair shops in the area don’t service gas tanks.... read full review
