John and Drew came right on time, were friendly, informative, and done within 1 1/2-2 hrs. with the installation, clean-up, and removal of the old one. I couldn't ask for more! They don't seem to understand the Ann Arbor code requirements for a drip pan. They insisted that I would need one, but a City inspector told me otherwise.

My old water heater failed late on a Thursday night, I chatted on the website on Friday morning, spoke with a rep on Friday afternoon, and had new water heater installed and working perfectly on late Saturday morning.
