I’ve been using top notch heating for years. They are great. Of course the furnace quits in the winter on a holiday or evening. Top Notch will not let you get cold. Each time I’ve called they have come over within a couple of hours and get thing up and running. On Friday evening my furnance was making a ton of racket and smelling pretty hot I shut it down and I called them. Within the hour a nice young man arrived discovered it required a part replacement. He got it temporarily Working and ordered the part. He called Sat morning to see how it was working and assured me if it did quit again we wouldn’t go cold they had Elec heaters they could bring over....read full review

Very professional and efficient. Arrived before scheduled time. The issue was not resolved and he was honest with explanation. Plan on resolving Monday. Looking forward to the AC unit working before it gets hot again.

On recommendation of local contractor, Josh, I contacted Top Notch. Kim was very professional and efficient, promising to get someone to my mother’s home in Bellaire as quickly as possible. Inside temperature was 82 and climbing on a 26 degree morning. Less than two hours later, we were at a comfortable indoor temp of 70. Shane found the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. We are grateful for a local business with kind, respectful and knowledgeable employees and I highly recommend their services.Service: Heating system repair
