Curtis was great at keeping communication open and responding to emails or phone calls to make appointments work, as well as being flexible when other contractors made things challenging to work around. He's honest and straight forward about what his pricing is, and what type of work will be done as well as if there are any challenges that could potentially come up. Most Importantly, his work is impeccable. He painted the wood siding on our dated home, repairing woodpecker damage, dry rotted flashing, as well as the chimney chase. and it all turned out amazing. Because of his attention to detail, we asked him to come back and paint our kitchen cabinets with an industrial grade paint to ensure it was a durable finish and he knocked it out of the park. We noticed on a Friday evening that our well pump was short cycling. I waited until they were open on Monday morning and they called me back right away after getting my message. By Tuesday afternoon they were at my house to diagnose that the pressure tank was leaking and causing the well pump to short cycle. Today, they had the tank replaced and fixed well before noon. They worked fast, was incredibly efficient and were pleasant to talk with. They were polite and answered every question I had. Contacted Tom about refinishing our homes floors and possibly fixing the squeaks and creaks that were becoming unbearable. Tom responded quickly and came out to look at the floors and knew just what had to be done. From that initial visit he was able to come up with a timeline and quote that worked perfectly with our needs. Tom and his team had to remove each board, number them and reseat them this time with glue and proper clear nails and lay them back in the same pattern. A time consuming process. Despite all the meticulous work, they were able to beat their timeline by 3 days and give us a floor that looks beautiful and no longer creaks. If you review Markerplace, you will find smaller KW generators advertised for sale. When Scott gave us an estimate, that was the first question he asked- what do you want to power in case of an outage? We said we didn’t want to worry about shutting off breakers , ect due to our age . We have had numerous outages and not one issue with the generators size he recommended. Absolutely excellent purchase. Well advised on size of generator needed, and it worked flawlessly during a major ice storm when it ran for 10 continuous days. Only service recommended for running so long was an oil change. That’s a very simple do it yourself task. I highly recommend the WiFi connection to monitor the generator. Well worth the small cost, and if you do need support from Generac, they are the greatest. Patient, well educated on the details, easy to understand. Best purchase for peace of mind!! After the recent power outage this last week our WiFi router had to be rebooted because the generator works best at 2.4. Simple process and we are back to a good signal. The techs at Generac support are the absolute best.
