Jordan found an issue in my house that corrected the crawl space being wet due to leaks. That was not discovered prior to me purchasing the home and was a major issue of mildew and mold and poor air quality. It was a simple fix for him but I would not have known. My garage smelled awful due to that prior to the repairs. And I am grateful he found when he was replacing a water heater valve. He noticed the furnace condensation was leaking into the crawl space and he replaced that incorrect tubing with proper pipes, too. We noticed on a Friday evening that our well pump was short cycling. I waited until they were open on Monday morning and they called me back right away after getting my message. By Tuesday afternoon they were at my house to diagnose that the pressure tank was leaking and causing the well pump to short cycle. Today, they had the tank replaced and fixed well before noon. They worked fast, was incredibly efficient and were pleasant to talk with. They were polite and answered every question I had. Awoke one morning with no water. Very troubling as my wife is disabled and I am handicapped and water is especially needed by us due to those conditions! I called no less than four well services and got message machines and no call backs at all except A.S. Rivard. The young lady was very friendly and helpful and had the service crew Bo, Jr, and Lem on site the next day. They replaced the 30 year old pump in record time with only one hic cup that they handled expertly. The cost was acceptable, the service was fast and the whole crew from the owner, daughter and the three guys were very friendly, helpful and affable! Definitely 5 Star service! Thank You A.S. Rivard!
