Today Chad from Terminax came to do the service that I asked for. It was a second visit because the pests are working hard this year because of the mild winter. He was amazing super professional and completely caring and kind. He really worked hard today and I appreciate him so very much. He’s amazing and I highly recommend him especially and this company. Chad is truly a gem of a person and I had a fantastic experience today as well as he made me feel at ease when he used products inside because I was worried about my cats. Great service great conversation great company and he truly cares. I felt he was a blessing today and I couldn’t be happier.

Robert Bendzinski came out to do my pest control service, He showed professionalism when introducing himself. He was very quick and thorough with his treatment. 10/10 would recommend company and employee.
Matt explained everything, answered all my questions. He was very considerate of my dog & took that into consideration when treating the areas inside & out of the house. He took the time to listen to me & addressed all my concerns, made suggestions, & set me up with other departments for quotes. Most of all, he kept me updated on his arrival time. Communication is the highest level of customer service.
