The next time maybe it was Shannon, a bit distracted with other things to complete the task of helping one person, was also training someone and was a little snippy with her. Originally, I called around trying to get into an GYN and they were weeks out. This office gets you in next day as listed on the website. I only needed a prescription refill, so the first time I called today, I was the only one in the queue, but no one ever picked up even though I was on hold for almost an hour, so out of frustration I hung up. Decided to call back after 1pm, and again there was 1 person in the queue, but after another 30 minutes on hold again, I hung up. This no way to run a medical office.

I didn't notice the other two receptionists with name signs by their stations making as much of an effort or when leaving, their heads were in their computers without eye contact, but maybe they had other things going on.
