Been coming here for 5 years but the wait times got really bad over the past year. 45 minutes the last 2 visits and today I walked out after a hour of waiting. The people are really nice, but wouldn’t recommend going if you’re a drop in customer.

Just seen two dudes get MESSED up by the trainees. Waited 2 hours for a cut, and all they had were the trainees available. The MANAGER took in another guest, who came in 20 mins ago, ahead of me, to pawn me off to the trainees. I know they need practice, I need a hairline, however. Missed my event and the staff were hardly apologetic. Pray I never HAVE to go to one of these places again.

I’ve been going to Lady Jane’s for 10+ years at 3-4 different locations. The past couple years I’ve been going to 12 and John R store. By far the best one I’ve been to and Kris is who I go to she is the best I’ve ever had. She’s always professional caring and just a great person. I would recommend her to anyone including family. I found my hair stylist for life

Signed in and waited for 40 minutes before I finally left. Had 5-6 people come in way after me and they somehow went ahead of me. Didn’t get acknowledged by anyone while I was waiting, just a big waste of time.
