I have to admit that I've never even heard of Gold Star until I had a house fire. My research into the process of getting back my house led me to Gold Star and several other companies. I can't say anything about the other companies, but I am so glad that I picked Gold Star. Pete Wilson, the project manager, was a God send. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, thorough, and the ultimate professional. He walked me through the process from beginning to end, helped navigate the complexity of dealing with the insurance company, and was always there for me and my family. Gold star did a fantastic job from start to finish. We had a flood in the basement. They came out immediately after the claim, told us what was gonna happen and put our place back together. Dwayne was very professional, he answered all questions and was very patient. Highly recommend.
Arben Capollari and his crew has done a fantastic job with the painting and the carpeting. A special thanks goes to the painter, he did a marvelous piece of art in my house. Thanks a million!
