We had a wonderful experience. Esam was our technician. He was efficient, but friendly. He diagnosed and then fixed the problem with our air conditioner. We recommend Family with no reservations and will have them for all future maintenance.
After 3 service visits in less than a week, and trouble shooting, Family Heating & Cooling made things right. The air wasn’t working, so went from a house that was in the 80’s to 50 degrees, and wouldn’t shut off until they came out again.
