Highly recommend Erie Home for your roofing project. They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all of our questions before, during and after the roofing project. I was able to shadow the inspector during the inspection asking all kinds of questions to him. He took the time to answer them and in some cases he showed me the reason why he was suggesting certain things. We were impressed with the whole team from start to finish.
Could not be more pleased with the whole process dealing with Erie Home. From the polite door-to-door salesman that initially came to our home to ask if we were interested in a quote, to the guy that actually came out to do the quote the very next day, all the way through the crew that installed the roof! If I could give 6 stars I would. Never did I feel pressured and never were they pushy. He came out and spent 5 hours with us assessing our current roof and taking pictures to help explain what we were dealing with. He went over all of our options and choices that they offered and was honest and took the time to genuinely explain everything to us. And this was at night... read full review
Everything was done very professionally! The roofers were polite and very fast. They didn't have enough shingles so they had to finish the next morning, they showed up on time and done within the hour as they stated. Thank you Erie. Dawn R. Warren Michigan.
