“Love Premier! Michelle in the office has been great to work with and everyone who’s come to the house has been friendly and professional. We bought a house with a furnace that is close to the end of its life and not running consistently in February. Still a new furnace is not something we were ready to commit to after becoming first time homeowners. They found a replacement part and the furnace has run great since. We will be buying the new furnace from Premier after saving our butts! They’ve also replaced our water heater, and with no drain in the basement the guys had to haul buckets up and out to the yard, they were still quick and efficient!“

“11degrees, snow storm, heater dies. Pack up the family and head to mother in laws for the night with an eye toward making calls first thing Monday morning. Did I mention Martin Luther King Day and massive amounts of snow mixed with biter cold?I make several calls to be met with “we’re only servicing existing customers. Good luck”.Call Hankwitz. I don’t know if they ever looked to see it I was or wasn’t existing a customer: They put me in the schedule and by 9am Jesse B was here and working. Now? Heats on and temp is rising.“Existing customer” won’t be a problem anymore. I’m a Hankwitz customer. I will recommend to everyone.I’m nothing if not loyal.THANK YOU HANKWITZ“
