Love Premier! Michelle in the office has been great to work with and everyone who’s come to the house has been friendly and professional. We bought a house with a furnace that is close to the end of its life and not running consistently in February. Still a new furnace is not something we were ready to commit to after becoming first time homeowners. They found a replacement part and the furnace has run great since. We will be buying the new furnace from Premier after saving our butts! They’ve also replaced our water heater, and with no drain in the basement the guys had to haul buckets up and out to the yard, they were still quick and efficient!

Saturday, January 6, 2024 we woke up to our carbon monoxide alarms going off. We called Premier Heating and Jared came out within the hour. The heat exchanger had failed so he turned the furnace off. On Monday they installed a new furnace. We really appreciated how prompt they were.

I worked with this company to install a whole home ductwork, propane heating and cooling system as well as a tankless water heater this spring. They were professional, responsive and did an amazing job. I was out of the state at the time of the install and they kept in regular contact with me throughout the entire project. I HIGHLY recommend Premier Heating & Cooling.
