“CJ came out the same day that Dixie took the appointment. CJ got to the furnace and did a few checks, then said it was a connector that was causing an intermittent open that prevented the fan not to power up. That took CJ about 10 minutes! The dude knows his troubleshooting. He fixed the issue with a couple of connectors he keeps on hand. Call with confidence they will do a good job.”
“Steven was very helpful with helping out with issues I couldn’t figure out with the AC Unit thank you for the help !”
“We whole heartedly recommend Dave to perform any heating and cooling services that you may need. We originally had issues with our particularly new furnace. Dave went above and beyond, Not 1, not 2, but on 3 separate occasions to offer additional tasks to be done for us. He tried to fix the errors and put all warranty parts in the original furnace but to no avail. Which meant we had to install a new furnace. Because of our past issues, Dave worked with us on every accord, reassuring us for the replacement, pricing, guaranteeing it will work properly and that we would be surely satisfied. He was a man of his word. Dave and his son are meticulous and while doing his job when seeing other things that needed to be done, Dave just offered to fix them right then and there. No shortcuts taken. He also fixed our gas line and an eye on our stove that wasn't working.
Along with putting a top on our roof vent stack that my husband had sitting around for a year because it was too dangerous for him after his knee surgery. You honestly can't get any better than all the voluntary additional services Dave did for us!! And now, we have hot heat coming out of our vents. Truly satisfied with Dave and his son services.”
